From: John Riehl [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 29, 2008 9:45 AM To: gwinfo Subject: html text in outlook I tried the suggestion of using control-shift-O to change the format of the message. Unfortunately, doing that removed the text of the message altogether and produced blank lines. I appreciate that this problem has been around for some time, as one person said; however, Gw Micro should address it -- or at least let us know why they think this is happening. This is a definite problem with Outlook and Windoweyes.
