Larry,
We had some equipment failure but it has been resolved and it looks like
you have already downloaded your upgrade. I just wanted everyone else
to know the problem has been resolved and although we are all out of the
office until Monday you can download the upgrade with no problem
immediately.

and received confirmation, but cannot download my upgrade. All I get
is a fatal error. Is there any chance that I might be able to download
