This is kind of interesting, but it looks like within the next five to
ten years, cell phones will be using low powered X86 processors
likeIntel Atoms. Perhaps then you'll see Window-eyes on cell phones.

Just got a Nokia 82 phone with KNFB reader. The reader speaks, but
the phone section does not. Can I use WE to allow the phone to speak?
