Hi,
How about choosing save instead of send and then copying the error report to
a word doc and then sending that word doc to GW Micro support:
[email protected]
And then you could also delete the error once you have done this.
This way, GW Micro still receives a copy of what the problem was, but you
can continue to work.

Subject: no valid E-Mail address when sending error report for GWM Toolkit
Now, I can't even send the error report for the GWM Toolkit. I only
have one version of the toolkit installed and that is the latest
version. When I went to send it, I got:
No valid E-mail address
and I put it in there. Go figure. Hmmm. Not sure what this is, but I
sure do hope we can resolve it soon, because I do not want to have to
turn Scripts off.
