The best way I get round this problem is two ways. Going to tools, Options and reading everything in rich text helps this problem. Sometimes I want to read things in HTML format, I go back to tools, options message format and uncheck read in rich text. If WE still refuses to read a message refreshing the screen helps, or turning off and on brows mode.
