Well unattended installs are covered here. http://www.blind-geek-zone.net/ you will need a windows vista cd. To keep this on topic you are going to have to uninstall window-eyes before you do this update do the update and then reinstall window-eyes. This is true of all software that uses video mirror drivers. The video mirror is nothing like vcm so a complete install is needed.
