Hello Lori. I believe that Outlook has a feature where the menu bar can
be hidden. Unfortunately I don't know if this is under its options or
under the view menu. However it sounds like this option has been set.
Good luck, many thanks.

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone will have a simple solution that I am overlooking. I
have Window-Eyes 7.1 and OE 2003. I can't seem to access the menu bar
with the arrow keys. I can't use the accelerators or shortcuts like
alt-t either. If I press alt to open the menu, I can arrow up or down,
but as soon as I right or left arrow it says menu closed. I can press
alt. and then v to get to view.
Any ideas? Have I goofed a setting somewhere? I've looked under view and
layout and several other places but I don't seem to see anything
obvious. The menus work fine with all of my other programs.
Thanks,
Lori
