Both Mozy:
www.mozy.com
and Carbonite:
www.carbonite.com
are meant for online backup and are very accessible. Mozy is a little
more expensive than Carbonite, and Carbonite is a little easier. Mozy
does, however, have a free 2gb option which Carbonite doesn't.
Sendspace would probably not be the best for online backup because it
doesn't monitor when a file changes and back it up again, or anything
like that.
I have used both Mozy and Carbonite and would recommend either.
