No, it does not give a metric pressure measurement on my computer; it just
says "pressure".

I just tried the script on one of my pcs, and I was successful in
adjusting the settings to get readouts in millibars nad kph for pressure
and wind speed respectively.
Did you exit the script prior to trying it again; and perhaps stopping and
restarting WE?
If you haven't tried those suggestions, it may be worth a shot.
