I am a WE user, XP Home edition and when trying to open several attachments which has a PDF file in it, I get this message saying, there is no screen reader support and it gives me the Acrobat Reader link to download, but when I get to the site, I am not clear as to what to download. I'm wondering if there is a particular setting in WE that I may not have set correctly? Help appreciated, thanks in advance. Barbara
