This is caused by a poor implementation of a Java applet. It does not
mean that simply having Vava installed will make things brake.

On some web sites Window Eyes 7.01 has focus problems. An example of
that is the sams club auction web site. On my XP machine I have Sun
Java installed to enable other users om my computer to play games on
Pogo which requires Java to be running.
I have found that if I disable Java the focus problems seem to go away.
It would be interesting if anyone else has Java running to disable it
and see if IE 7 focus problems improve. To disable JAVA go into IE
advanced settings and disable it.
