Hi. What versions of Window-Eyes and Word are you using?
Also, have you tried using the alt-semi and alt-apostrophe Window-Eyes
Word hot keys for spelling and grammar?

Outlook2003 when I scroll down to the choice of words the words are
repeated on my Braille display. Are there any fixes for this?
