Hi Gang,
Hope this isn't too far off subject for this list, but I put it on
guitalk and didn't get any answer.
I don't suppose it's wineyes connected but I thought maybe somebody
on the list has run into the same problem.
I've been trying to install windows service pack 3 several times and
it always works for about the first two thirds or so and then stops
and says it has encountered a problem and I should uninstall what has
been installed so far. Somebody suggested that I turn off my nod32
while doing that but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. I
found something that says quit which might be to turn it off but that
asks for a password and when I put in the password that nod32 gave me
it says it's wrong. I even downloaded a new copy of the service pack
3 and get the same results. Has anybody had any such problem and
were you able to work around it? Thanks so much. Then I can stop
pulling my hair which I have practically none anyway.
