Try right clicking on this button.  This should then bring up the context
menu.  Arrow down to one of the open options and press enter.

Also, you could try browsing the same page in firefox.

Finally, this button may involve JAVA, so try turning this feature off in
either IE or firefox, whichever app you may be using.

Subject: Doing a left click on something

Hey guys,

In a particular program I have found a button that I need to click on.
When I do the left click it doesn't work. 
What I did was I did insert plus, which I think is the right way to use the
mouse.
Then I moved up and down the screen, and found the particular button in my
program that says hang up.
I did a left click and it brought me back to the desktop for some odd
reason.
Any thoughts?
