Hi all. No, Heidi, what I am saying is that I have installed Microsoft
Office2007 and was trying to access messages from the lists I am on and
Outlook acted like it was connecting but wouldn't download the messages. I
downloaded the messages in Outlook using my desktop.

How do I get Outlook not to say in the too field that I am sending an html
message?

I tried getting my insert-s key combination to access the system tray with a
representative using Dell connect but to no avail. I can access the system
tray with windows key b or by tabbing to the items in the tray, but I want
insert-s to work like it used to. How do I get the insert-s key
combination to work? Also, how do I get Outlook to play a sound when a
message is received? Thanks.

Mike M.
