Phonex, I've never heard of this, and I play movies from DVD's all the time.
I also download AVI files, and otgher movie formats and play these without
any problems. I have had to download and install a free Div X player for
AVI files, but nothing to play bog standard DVDs, so I'm puzzled by this
suggestion. Sureley WM is a media player that plays most all sources of
media without any add ons, or at least that's my experience. By the way, I
find WM very accessible with WE.

        Hi Ted,

In order to play movies in Windows Media player, you'll need this program
called Phonix, which you can get free online if you search in Google or in
some other search engine. You will also need to have a rewriteable cd/dvd
drive.

Hth,

Portia.

PS. Phonix should work with Window-Eyes, and it does work with Jaws.

Email: [email protected] Ted,. It should work with Window-Eyes, and does
work with Jaws.

Sincerely,

Portia.

You need to get a program called Dvd player, and you need a rewriteable
cd/dvd drive. The program is not free, but there is a program called Phonix
that you can get for free online
