It just plumb evaded me.
True that Sound/Playback card selection and Sound/Recording card selection is done the Control Panel under the Audio Tab. Then, one must go to the WE Control Panel, Select Synthesizer and choose the desired output card. And, in Winamp, under Preferences, Options, Output you must select the disred card. I still need to find the output selection setting in WMP. Rock on!
