Actually by default the WE voice keys are Ctrl-alt with the arrow keys.
There a couple of places depending on your system where you can turn off use
hot keys for your video adapter. In most cases you will find it under
control panel/display/advanced settings under the display adapter tab.
I have also found the settings under the video adapter driver settings also
found in the control panel. If you have a separate entry in the control
panel for your video adapter, it's in there somewhere depending on the video
card you are using. It is a check box that says use hotkeys checked in most
cases by default. uncheck it and you will be good to go.

It's not control arrow, it's shift control arrow. I have a laptop and I've
never had to alter any settings to enable the key combination for wineyes.
Try shift control arrow and let us know how it goes

etc of W.E. are set to change the display and rotate what appears on the
screen. I need to find where to turn off that setting so the ctrl-arrows
will work in W.E.
Had to do this at work a few months ago and just don't remember where this
checkbox is.
