If you are having trouble installing the WE4Java package, after you install, go to Script Manager and make sure WE4Java.vbs is loaded as a global script. If not, select the option to show global scripts and then load the WE4Java.vbs script. This should allow the install to complete normally and make sure you properly receive future updates.
