hello. Check 2 things.
1. Make sure that Office xp sets are installed. If not, while no Office
applications are running, go into the set file manager and install
Office XP sets.
2. Check the Windows theme and see if it shows modified. If it does, try
the xp theme, if that does not work, try the xp classic theme.
If one of these helps, great, if not, the graphics will need to be
labeled manually.

I have a client that just upgraded to Window-Eyes Version 7.01. He is
using Outlook 2002 on his computer. When he reads through his list of
messages, Window-eyes will not tell him which have been read and which
are unread. How can this be fixed?
