You want to make sure you are using the correct set files. You can check this by arrowing to the Office sets in the set file manager and pressing alt-i to install them. Then open Word and see if it works now.

Something I can't explain has happened to word.  Window-eyes used to
say what page I was on when I hit status, and when I arrowed between
pages.  Now status just gives info about x/y on the screen.  I've done
several things around here lately, including installing a jfw demo.
I'm clueless as to how to fix this one.  Suggestions welcome.
