Hello. It seems as if you already found the answer with the save target
as dialog box.
Depending on your media player settings, sometimes the best way is by
pressing the context menu key on the download link, choosing save target
as, and then following the save prompt.

Hi Everyone;
I am trying to download the WindowEyes tutorials from the audio video
archives.
Whether I click the link to stream the file or the link that says
download the file the file begins playing but it will not download.
I also tried shft-f10 and my windows applications key and, sometimes the
menu will say back and, other times it will say open.
When it says open, I get the choice that says save target as then , I
can save the file.
I am using Ie7.
Any ideas?
