Hi John, I probably have some e-books on sharepoint if you need some accessible documentation (write me off list). Of course it wouldn't help with screen reader use.
If you wanted some good news it would be that I think it has an object model, and so would likely be scriptable, and there are many people willing to help you learn scripting on the scripting list.
