This will be resolved in 7.1.

When I press the power button on my Asus 900HA net book to come out
of hibernation, everything comes back fine except Window Eyes
7.01. I've tried with both the Eloquence that I usually use and the
dectalk32 synthesizers as well and get the same result.
I can run NVDA and other screen readers and no problem when coming
out of hibernation. If I run NVDA after coming out of hibernation I
can see that Window Eyes is still in the system tray. If I arrow
over to it and press enter, it seems like the Window Eyes control
panel attempts to come up, but no set files are read in the title,
and its like it wasn't even there. I cannot open the file menu,
control insert F4 to shutdown window eyes does nothing either.
I'd be happy to try any other options to help get this figured out.
My work-around for now is to shutdown Window Eyes before hibernation
and run it again after coming out of hibernation. One thing that
helps with this is to use my favorite utility, wizmo, from grc.com
to go into hibernation. The reason for using the wizmo hibernate
command rather than just using the option in the shutdown menu is I
can setup a hotkey to run the shortcut that contains the wizmo
hibernate command and the other is wizmo makes a sound just before
going into hibernation and another sound when coming out of
hibernation. So that makes for a very non visual way to let me know
my net book is out of hibernation and I can start Window Eyes again.
