The ideal solution will be for web sites to use
the title attribute or label tag which will cause
WE to read them perfectly. We could probably
query the MSAA role and state and not consider
text that is part of an edit box, but as long as
we have to go to the screen for field names it
will always be guess work and unreliable.

Greetings:
I've come across a little quirk that might be
within the realm of being corrected in future releases.
When filling out forms and there are multiple
edit boxes for one bit of data such as a phone
number, WE struggles with the field name. For
example a telephone number might be broken up
into four parts: area code, exchange, unique
identifier and extension. These four fields
often have two labels: telephone number and EXT.
For the first part, usually area code, WE will
pick up on telephone number. Some times it is
necessary to tab to the next field, however in
more and more situations you will be moved to
the next edit box automatically. In either case
WE is picking up what was entered in the
previous field instead of the text. I remember
from previous versions there were descriptions
on the pattern WE used to find the field
name. Instead of using any text, may be it
would be made more clear if the text was not
taken from an edit box. Instead WE might want
to use the previous label, especially since a
phone number will have all these fields in a line.
