Hmmm. I am not experiencing this. Try going into the control panel,
internet options, advanced tab and click the reset button to reset IE to
factory defaults.

Subject: Internet Explorer Eight
Hi all! Please forgive this post. I am unable to access web sites from
the
run dialog on my desktop by typing www.gwmicro.com on my desktop as an
example after installing ie eight. However, I accessed other sites and GW
Micro's site on my laptop without any problems. Is anybody else
experiencing this problem?
Mike M.
