did you enter the new user name and password after you installed it? you
have to do this with every upgrade.
mine updates at least 2 times per day.

I contacted Eset about the problem I was having.
I gave them a copy of my scan log.
They didn't review it as yet so I called them back and was told that it is
better to go back to version 3.0.
I am really disappointed; it seems like they aredodging the problem.
Also it didn't automatically update either.
I may be looking else where for another application.
