Hello Gary:

When you are composing, forwarding or replying to a message  press
alt+V.  Then arrow down to BCC field.  If it is checked, press the Enter
key and it will be checked.

You will not be able to tell without going back into the View pull down
menu or until you tab into the BCC field, since pressing Enter will
check or uncheck the option and close the menus.

For some reason the bcc field got turned off in outlook.  They say for
