This depends on the software running the keyboard and the volume
controls. This is not a Window-Eyes configuration.

Prior to version 7, when adjusting the volume with the control wheel on
the keyboard, it made a sound, giving an indication on how loud it was
being turned up or down. Can this function be turned on with 7.01?
