I had the same thing. I updated the Winamp script with no problems, but
when I tried to update the Win-eyes Update script, or whatever it's called,
it said I had a later version, and did I really want to go back to the
earlier version. I clicked no. But every time Window-Eyes restarted, I got
that silly dialog, so I finally said yes, just to shut it up. But I
couldn't find any recent updates on Scripts Central, and it said it was a
February 16 update, so why in the world it was poking its silly head out now
is beyond me. I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one who had this, and I
hope I didn't break something by saying yes to its updates to a higher
version that was really an older version, or something like that. <grin>

Subject: odd scripts problem
Good morning, This morning I've had a very strange problem with a couple
of scripts. When I turned on my computer this morning the Winamp script
and the We Update script both said there were newer versions available and
asked if I wanted to update. When I tried to update I was told that the
versions I had were newer than the version I was trying to update to and
did I want to continue. Needless to say I didn't.
Has anyone seen this before and can someone confirm that there aren't any
updates available today or overnight?
This was going on whilst WE was playing silly beggars and crashing I think
3 times in the space of an hour. 3 error reports to GWMicro, I only hope
they are of some use to someone.
Yusuf
