Hi all,
Sorry to come into this conversation so late. mlb.com is certainly not
making their site easy.
As of now, 1 way to listen to the games is to log in first. Go to
mlb.com/mediacenter, and click on the login link. Once you are logged
in, go back to mlb.com/mediacenter, choose the game you want and you
will be able to hear the game.
The flash player which pops up has lots of controls. Unfortunately,
none of them are labeled. This is not an Adobe problem. This is a
problem with mlb.com not labeling these buttons with text labels.
Lainey Feingold who is a disability advocacy attorney is currently
trying to work with mlb.com to resolve these issues. I'd love to give
you her email so any and all of you can send her your experiences with
mlb.com. Unfortunately, I don't have it with me.
But her website is lflegal.com, and you will be able to send her an
email. She is looking for visually impaired people who are having
problems with mlb.com. If there is enough people complaining, perhaps
mlb.com will do something about it.
