Have you tried ReBooting and opening a diferent e-mail? WE has a
problem where when it opens e-mails sometimes it won't read the
contents with the normal cursor keys. You can try and read the e-mail
with the mouse keys, that works when the cursor keys wont work for me
without Re Booting.
That might not be the same problem you are having but it is something
to try first, read the document with the mouse first to see if it is
there.
