yup, it can be done. I always do that when I am doing my cisco course in my campus previously. 1. Window key - r 2. type in sndvol32 3. tab twice and hit space bar.
If the volume is pull all the way down, tab only once and hit right up with home key. Be careful if you are using a earphones. That method above only works in windows XP or below. I have not really tried on Vista as yet, it might be just sndvol without 32. If the computer belong to you, use a program call quickmix by creating a template and put a shortcut on the startup group, so it wil be the way you wanted all the time when you log on to your profile. -------- ---------------------- regards Thomas N.
