Hi, all. It's been so long since I've had to save menu settings that I
can't remember how to do it. So refresh my memory: If I want to save the
rate of speech for mouse and keyboard and all that fun stuff so that they're
there the next time I start WE, where do I do that? I always thought it was
global, but I don't see it there. So either I've forgotten (which is quite
possible), or there's a different way of doing it now.
