Hi all, I agree that we 7.0 was maybe released before it was quite ready.
I am greatful that they released a stability free upgrade / patch to we 7.01. I have found the product to be much more stable since that release. In fact it's been the most stable version for me ever. I love the scripting and have found it to be a great plus in the latest versions. A big thanks goes out to all the script writers. I am looking forward to the next version 7.1 and am again greatful for the free upgrade. We have been told that it will contain 64Bit windows support ... that's great news indeed. The items of most interest for me in the next release are: 1. A better way to report problems to the GW Staff. 2. A better way to get speech back when it goes away. 3. A rewrite for the browse mode with multi task buffers support. 4. Support for google apps including gmail. Any word on if the browse mode rewrite is in the 7.1 software? Aaron? I for one am glad to wait until the product is stable before release. I also appreciate the gw staff giving us some details about what we can look forward to. I hope we can all be greatful for the info they give us and not pressure them about the time tables etc. If we all can treat them with respect and not get all over them about things ... maybe they will start providing more info pre-release.
