I sent this note in a few dayhs ago and didn't get any response. I
wonder if anybody else is having this trouble or if it's just in my
setup. Does anybody have any thoughts?

Subject: converting .doc files
Hi Gang,
I seem to be having trouble converting .doc files. After clicking
on the file I get the message that it's unable to load microsoft
graphic filter, should it continue and it usually gets it converted
eventually. Is there some file I'm missing or can I delete that
message somehow? I'm using 7.01 version and xp. Thanks for any help.
