There isn't any. Not an issue for me since I use Thunderbird. If a
menu isn't spoken, example the contents of Computer, do the following:
from within Computer, ALT-V for View, up or down arow to go to and
select "Show Details"." Once I found this, I was able to get mine
speaking just fine.
