One thing that helped me was changing my screen resolution. I believe I raised the resolution.

I have similar problems with Eudora and WE 6.0. When I am typing in the
"Message edit box" in a message I plan to send, if I correct typos or
attempt to edit what I'm typing, WE will stop reading. I have to go out
of Eudora and come back in in order to read what I'm typing. In
addition, Eudora has frequent crashes. When I spoke with GW Micro, they
reminded me that Eudora is not supported any longer. They said there is
not a fix. I can still usually make it work, but on a lap top with WE
7.0, I have switched to Outlook, which I do not like nearly as much, but
I can at least edit what I'm typing and hear what is being displayed on
my computer.

I also had problems using Eudora with SystemAccess, and their reply to
my phone call was similar to that of GW Micro -- i.e., Eudora is no
longer supported.

Since Eudora is now in the public domain and unlikely to be supported by
anyone as time goes on, I must sadly conclude that eventually we won't
be able to make Eudora work with any of our screen readers, and we'll
have to accept Outlook or some other "supported" e-mail client.

Subject: eudora screw-up

I run XP, WE 7.01 and Eudora often too often Eudora gives me
messages like the example below instead of opening my mail or giving
me the statment of wht it is , who it is from and when it was sent .
the statements are: 1 of 23 or 3 of 25 or number 6 of 18 and won't
let me restore and or maxamize to find out what thes e-mails
are. I have to try over and over etc. several several times and it
finally might give me that info and ultimately let me know what my
e-mail is. This is extreamly frustrating does anyone have a similar
experience and what do you do or what can be done? It happens in
all boxes the in, out, and trash.
Thanks in advance
Tony
