Hi,
Thanks for your response. Do you know if GWMicro has this as an open issue?
I don't want to send this in as a problem if they've already got it.

Subject: W E randomly freezing?
Hello All,
I recently bought Window-Eyes, and love it. However, I've noticed one
thing that's really annoying me and wondering if anyone else has had this
problem, or if it's an issue with my system. For no apparent reason W E
will lock up and become totally unresponsive. I'm not running any
processor intsensive programs; in fact, most of the time it happens when
I do the simple things. Eg. If windows live messenger is running and I
close the window to get it out of my way, then I go to the start menu,
Programs, Windows Live and then Windows Live Messenger to get the contact
list back in view, suddenly I notice that W E isn't talking any more.
This is after waiting about five seconds for the window to come back up.
What I have to do is terminate the wineyes.exe process in Task
Manager--typing tskill wineyes in the run dialog doesn't work for some
reason. Most of the time this doesn't happen, but when it does it's a
real pain to get W E working again.
If anyone has any suggestions as to why this could be happening please
let me know. I know it's not some or other script falling into an
infinite loop because I heard that W E 6.1 had this problem as well, and
it did occur on my system before I had installed any scripts. I'm using
the Eloquence engine and Windows XP Pro with service pack III.
Thanks much!
