Do you get a winamp.log file in your profile directory? Is anyone else
seeing this issue?

Subject: problem with latest winamp script with Outlook Express
Greetings Jeff and fellow listers.
I am using we 7.01 with xp service pack 3 and winamp pro version 5.52 with
version 1.41 of the winamp script. I have the latest version of the gwtoolkit
as well. The problem happens when I launch Outlook Express while listening to
something with the winamp player at the same time. When OE is launched I get
the error sound and lose speech and don't know what the error is. If I remove
the winamp script the problem appears to go away. If I just stop the winamp
script the problem still happens. I am not sure whether the problem is just
the winamp script or something which is also interact with the gwtoolkit. I
updated the winamp script along with the gwtoolkit at the same time.
Best regards
