Paul:

You can uninstall IE8, just go to add/remove programs and look for
Windows Explorer 8 and you should be fine but you'll have to restart the
computer.

Subject: cannot access web pages...

when I reach a web page, it gives me the following message:
open parent document
and I cannot go any further. I installed explorer 8 a few days ago and I
don't know if it is related. can I revert back to explorer 7 or is there
something I can do to eliminate the message I get on reaching the web
page?
no problem in getting my mail.
many thanks,
Paul
