Hi Don,

I don't know, maybe you should call phone support; maybe it's particular
to the toolkit for some odd reason.

I always use the install packages script, from Jamal, to do all my
script updating.  there's nothing easier.

updating the toolkit script however is tricky; it's necessary to stop
all scripts, perform the update, and then restart scripting.  I haven't
seen a problem with the install packages script and updating the
toolkit, but maybe there is when using the script manager, that's why
I'd suggest calling or emailing and asking.
