Actually, yes. RC builds are Release Candidates (as the acronym implies). In other words, these are builds that Microsoft has deemed ready to be released. Only significant show stoppers will cause changes to be made to the operating system. Rest assured that we're not waiting for Microsoft to release Win7 before we ship 7.1. We're very much ready for Win7. In fact, current builds of Window-Eyes work pretty ok under Win7, so there wasn't a ton of stuff we had to do to get support up to par quickly (aside from 64-bit support).

As I mentioned previously, we're only waiting to finish up some Braille issues, and a handful of other things, before 7.1 gets the green light.
