Hi Suzy,
you need to copy the users folder to the WE directory as well.
You can find it here:c:\document and settings\your name\application
data\gwmicro\Window-eyes\users

good luck,

Subject: running WE Mobile.

Hi.

I tried to install Window-Eyes Mobile to a thumb drive and run it on my
husband's PC. I was hoping to use it to test out several netbooks this
afternoon. I followed the steps in the guide for a manual version of
Window-Eyes Mobile.

I copied the Window-Eyes folder from my program Files folder to the thumb
drive.

I downloaded WEVideo70 from the GW Micro downloads page to the same drive.

My husband installed the WEVideo file and rebooted.

When he tried running the WINEYES.exe file, he received the following error.

"Fatal Initialization error

Unable to find User directory.

Exiting"

I've read GWKB1067 three times and don't know what I am missing. I even
searched the Window-Eyes manual for assistance and found nothing.

I am trying to run Window-Eyes 7.01. I installed WEVideo70 to the thumb
drive.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
