Hello. Just go to %appdata% and you will find a thunderbird folder
there. That's what you need.

While on the subject of Thunderbird, does anyone know which folders etc
need to be copied in order to backup the settings, addresses and so on?
Is there a Thunderbird add on which will accomplish this task under WXP?
I had a look for a backup add on but couldn't find one.
Thanks
Neville.

hi,
does any one have a good site with a thunderbird tutorial?
is there a way to delete or modify a existing email account?
i haven't found a way to delete a account. i have used the mouse clip
keys to find a remove button i guess but when i click on it nothing
happens.
once the account has been created i haven't found any way to make
changes to the in comeing server. only the out going server.
thunderbird does not give me the option as far as i can tell to make
changes after the account has been created. and i can't delete it and
start over again either
i created a gmail account, it trys to connect to the account but times
out.
both the incomeing and out going server needs a secure ssl connection.
but i can't make changes.
the gmail account does not show in the account settings list.
how can i delete it when w e can not find it?
the same with the comcast account. it will not connect either and i
can not delete and start over again. but it does show in the list.
i have to learn how to use another email client since windows 7 will
not come with any email client. you will have to download your own.
