Thunderbird and Window-Eyes work fine together. If you want to tweet
from Thunderbird, or any email program, just setup an account on
www.twittermail.com and you will get a randomly generated email address
which is associated with your twistter user name. You simply email that
address and the message you email will be your tweet.

for a good twitter client to use and since I can't seem to get outlook
