Hi,

Yes, you need to be in Word when you press insert+V to get the verbosity
options, which are then those of Word.

After you make your changes, if you want them to be permanent, then yes,
still in word, you press control plus backslash to bring up the word
control panel, and it will have the word set file as the title of the
window, and you can choose the file menu, the save choice, and then the
set file choice from the menu which comes up asking you what it is
that's to be saved.
