Gil,

Scripts have to be written to put options in the new Script Menus option of the Window-Eyes control panel. Since this was just introduced, no existing script supports this other then the WEScript Framework 1.0 script Aaron just posted today. I think once script authors see the power of putting their options in this new menu, you'll start seeing more and more shortly that support it. This doesn't necessarily replace the help and options button from the script manager dialog but it could or be used in conjunction. It is up to the script author.

If you want to know the technical way to get a script up there then I can give you that but I'm reading your questions from a script consumer, not a script author. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
