no, it works fine with vista but not with windows 7 rc.
the dates of files in folders reports the same thing. i do not have to be in any program. the windows explorer set files have been updated too and it still says

for 2009 as long as there is no comma it will do it in notepad too .
but if you use other numbers it will say them right most of the time.
like 1084 it will say this.
