When I use right arrow to move through a document in Notepad, it does
not speak. I have the cursor key set to read prior charaqcter after,
but that doesn't seem to matter. When highlighting with Shift-Right
Arrow, it speaks, and with Control-Right Arrow it speaks. I tried
increasing the delay with no effect.
